Lately I have been OBSESSED with jumpsuits. They are comfortable in this humid, Texas heat and make it so easy to just grab and go. Your entire outfit is done, you don’t have to think putting together a top and bottom. Just throw on an optional third piece and you’re ready for brunch. Everything about this particular jumpsuit makes me so happy. The trendy floral print, slightly cropped leg, and waist cut out center. Being a curvy girl, its hard for me to find rompers or jumpsuits that fit my hips and butt. The bottom of the pants portion is high enough to cover my insecurities, and roomy enough in the hips.
Florals are obviously everywhere right now and this dark grounded floral helps transition this jumpsuit to fall. Just add a denim jacket and your favorite wool hat. Another key trend right now is the culotte bottom also know as a fancy word for gaucho! Back when I first heard that the culotte was making a comeback I cringed! Oh the terrible knit gaucho that I wore with my Arden B lace cami back in high school. How could this awful silhouette be back in style? But with the midi length skirt as hot as it is, it’s no surprise this mid-calf silhouette is back, hotter than ever. Last, but not least, the two piece trend has been everywhere. What’s great about this jumpsuit is that it gives you the look of wearing two pieces, without the fuss.
